Job purpose and key deliverables:

We are looking for a senior HR professional to drive people agenda in BAT Kazakhstan and support business in a rapid multicategory transformation.
Key accountabilities:
- Build and implement HR strategy for BAT Kazakhstan that enables ambitious business strategy delivery;
- Act as a solid member of country leadership team who supports business transformation by providing human resources advice, counsel and decisions;
- As a member of Area HR leadership team contribute to delivery of Area people leadership agenda;
- Plan, develop, implement, and manage HR function in the end-market: talent development, succession pool management, employee relations, reward and benefits, performance management, recruitment and retention, organizational development, etc.;
- Direct and coordinate various activities designed to promote and maintain employees morale and high level of engagement;
- Ensure compliance and adherence to applicable laws and BAT rules;
- Plan, manage, and monitor HR budget in order to achieve business targets;
- Develop and monitor different metrics and analytics to support business as insights driven HR.
Qualifications:
- Higher education;
- 5+ years of HR working experience;
- Fluent in Russian and English, Kazakh is a major plus;
- HR experience in senior HR Business partner or similar roles in a large multinational organization with a commercial focus will be an added advantage;
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, including employee relations, talent development, reward, performance management and organizational effectiveness;
- Sound knowledge of local compliance and labour legislation in Kazakhstan;
- Successful experience in leading high-performing teams;
- High EQ and strong interpersonal skills;
- Pro-active and comfortably operating in a rapidly changing environment.
