THE ROLE
Coty Russia has an excellent opportunity to join our team as Talent Manager! In this role you will act as a process owner for the Coty Russia and CIS, driving areas such as goals & performance management, learning & development, career, succession planning, talent acquisition and other.
Reporting to: HR Director Russia & CIS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Talent processes: talent acquisition, goals & performance management, assessments, learning & development, succession planning; support talent review process and retention program;
- Ensure consistent, timely and seamless delivery and implementation of global core talent programs, approaches and solutions;
- Analyze business demands and consult with tailored talent management solutions for the identified needs;
- Conduct trainings and support employees and Line Managers around Talent related areas;
- Talent Acquisition:
- Support hiring process and ensure organization/hiring managers are clear on process;
- Ensure vacancies are filled within pre-aligned recruiting measures;
- Train hiring managers on interview process;
- Maintain company profile online in accordance with EVP guidelines
- Learning & Development:
- Design and drive the implementation of learning solutions and programs;
- Partner with Corporate Training team to identify training needs and provide input on training approaches and content with facilitation to the organization
- Support programs & cycles, related to goals & performance management, succession planning, as well as talent review;
- Partner with function leaders and other key functions to develop programs that support employee retention;
- Champion & advocate for employees for cultural enrichment;
- Manage 3rd party employees policy and service providers;
- Perform regular tracking and Talent KPI analysis (incl. recruitment metrics, attrition) to create and perform improvement plans
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3-5 years’ work experience in Talent management or relevant field in international company;
- Upper-intermediate English level (written and verbal);
- Strong Analytical and Program design skills with proven track record;
- Creative thinking;
- Team player, collaborative, with excellent networking skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication, advanced facilitation skills;
- Strong Presentation skills – incl. presenting to senior management and engaging presentations to large groups and teams
