What you will do:
-
support the top-manager by providing a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of his objectives, including a significant amount of diary management, setting up meetings, hospitality, travel and visa arrangements worldwide;
-
support internal and external communications;
-
сonserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications;
-
responsibility on different kind of projects;
-
prepare important corporate documents related to the business operations;
-
research and compile information as needed for operations of the business;
-
assist with personal/confidential matters.

What we expect from you:

work or living experience in the US;
-
bachelor’s degree (Business administration, Human Resources);
-
relevant secretarial training and qualifications (preferable);
-
IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media web platforms;
-
at least three-five years of experience providing support for upper-level management;
-
administrative and office management experience;
-
ability to provide exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communications with internal and external clients;
-
capability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance;
-
available to work outside standard business hours to provide support across time zones.
