Purpose & Overall Relevance
- Provide administrative support for Department (250+HCs) in Human Resources, facilities management and budgeting matters for the Director of the department;
- Coordinate, control and communicate important department policy changes to the Department;
- Be a competence center for all administrative policies within the Department.
- It's important - Department's Director is an expat and all business communications are only in Englsh!
Key Responsibilities
Administrative part:
- Controlling and managing processes related to the Department’s administrative affairs;
- Work on the description of the Department’s processes, preparation of analytics in scope of department administration;
- Space management of the office;
- Coordinates the activities of administrative staff in the organization.
Financial part with Compensation & Benefits area:
- Budgeting (payroll, bonuses, KPI) and control over expenses;
- Managing salary structure for the Apparel Production Department;
- Monitor the planning of funds for equipment and other office needs.
HR support:
- Manage and coordinate trainings for Department staff;
- Coordination of HR paper flow within Department;
- Collaboration with HR Department in terms of recruitment (consolidation of information, prioritization, control over execution).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work with confidential (personnel) information
- Experience in Human Resource Management; Labor Code and internal HR activities
- Basic presentation Skills: creation of and providing presentations
- Organizational skills: Planning, Priority setting, Proper escalation, Problem solving and decision making
- Analytical Skills - Qualitative and Quantitative strength to develop and implement strategies to achieve competitive advantages for the business
- Self-organization
- Results Orientation: consistent implementation of business plans through ongoing controlling and monitoring of performance and results
