Business assistant to VP Technology, Chief Technology Officer
Duties:
This position balances Business and Administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer
Business Support:
- Participation/ facilitation of business and technology team meetings; maintain action items log
- Support with business research and analysis under the manager’s directions
- Support with preparation of business materials, metrices, budgets under the manager’s direction
- Support data collection tasks collaborating with technologists and leaders across NLMK
- Preparation/update of different presentations for Board of Management based on manager’s request
- Planning and facilitation of strategy and collaboration sessions, including with large number of participants
- Assist with facilitation of workshops and virtual collaboration sessions
- Participate as a member on business improvement teams
Full administrative support:
- Maintaining Director's calendar.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Planning, coordinating and maintaining business schedule: organizing out-of-office and internal meetings, audio-/video-conferences.
- Reminding of important tasks and deadlines.
- Arranging business trips: agenda, tickets, hotels, transfer, etc.
- Preparing, monitoring, translating and responding to e-mails and correspondence.
- Ability to be in touch 24/7.
Requirements:
- Higher education (MBA or Technical specialization preferably).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Work experience as a personal assistant to an Executive will be an advantage.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word);
- Advanced English and Russian communication skills (verbal and written);
- Advanced user of IT communication platforms (Zoom, etc), and social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn);
- Logical and systematic, good decision-making and problem-solving abilities;
- Active approach to solving assigned tasks; proactive and willing to take on challenges;
- Diligence, punctuality, time management, a systematic responsible approach;
- Strong business communication skills;
- Experience with preparing presentations is an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team and to work under stress;
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service;
- Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions;
- Acting in ethic manner.
- Knowledge of Business Ethics;
- Positive attitude;
- Willingness to invest time in its own knowledge and competencies.
