Position Summary:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an active part of the Career Development (CD) and Learning&Development (L&D) Teams. The CD and L&D Junior Specialist will be supporting end to end career and learning&development processes including documents preparation, agenda setting, meeting set up, tracking/chasing evals, implementation of career decisions taken.
Responsibilities:
Career Development:
- Plan upcoming CD reviews, feedback meetings and CD related trainings;
- Maintain CD and HR data in BCG online tools, support;
- BCG reporting requirements as needed;
- Support and provide information to CD advisors as required;
- Set annual calendar for BST review process;
- Help in preparation BST dossiers for CDC meetings;
- Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Learning and Development:
- Planning trainings for employees;
- Work with databases on training and development of employees: introduction of trainings, courses and participants, control of the status;
- Conducting document flow (the contracts, accounts closing documents);
- Preparation and organization programs with participation of external and internal suppliers;
- Preparation of auxiliary and information materials for trainings, courses and etc.;
- Communication with providers and service providers;
- Quality control of the held events;
- Working with employees’ learning requests (training selection and etc.);
- Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Basic job qualifications:
- University degree, concentration/certificate in HR or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Russian labor law is preferable
- 6 months- 1-year work experience in HR preferably within a professional services environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Ability to work well under pressure respecting deadlines
- Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to analyze information and present data in a meaningful way
- Ability to handle competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle difficult conversation with senior people
