Towards the role of a Service Owner as a part of a Business Tech team in a sales market we want to create a global and collaborative network for the newly formed function and make sure that our Business Tech services are achieving desired effects in the markets and are relevant for our customers & colleagues in different parts of the world.
About the role??
As a Service Owner within your Russia Region you can either be responsible for a certain part or have end-to-end service delivery. You are accountable that your service deliver value and are meeting the stakeholders’ expectations and business’ needs. You manage the service life cycle planning, portfolio and roadmap; prioritizing initiatives, releases, budgets and negotiations with partners and vendors. You drive service maturity and service metrics ensuring cost efficient, stable and sustainable service operation and delivery. You will have a communicative role and will contribute?by sharing your expertise globally with stakeholders both inside and outside of H&M Group.?We are on a journey together which means there is no clear path and we want you to take part in our past, present and future for supporting tech services.???
What you will do as a Service Owner
As a Service Owner in Russia Region you understand and express the connections between larger business goals, customer needs and priorities in the service roadmap. You will handle a complex cross functional service delivery from both an inhouse and vendor perspective, giving you the overall view in order to achieve service mission.?Furthermore,?you?will:???
- Actively works with Service partner and teams (if applicable) to define and prioritizing a backlog of items improving the service??
- Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and reports on status?
- Analyse service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability in order to find possibilities to improve?
- Manage contracts and negotiations with external suppliers.??
- Influence decision makers and manage stakeholder in order to achieve service mission?
- Create partnership with and drive collaboration with internal and external parties????
- Ensure compliance towards common ways of working?
- Cooperate and agree deliveries with underpinning supporting services, solutions, functions and processes?

- Work on similar position more than 2 years
- Upper-Intermediate English level
