Founded in 2011 in Syktyvkar, Russia as a pizza delivery company, it now operates in 14 countries, with more than 670 pizza shops in Russia, USA, UK, China, Romania, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, Germany.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO of our company. Our ideal candidate is expected to have strong administrative skills with a high level of self-organization and desire to work with a number of various challenges. This position requires self-efficacy, time-management, self-development and life-hacking.
We expect you to:

Have relevant experience in personal assistance to TOP-managers of big companies (at least 3 years)
-
Have experience with family office assignments
-
Have experience in planning and organizing events, business trips and travel-support
-
Work effectively with time-management tools
-
Be confident in your communication skills, be able to negotiate with contractors at various levels, and to competently express your thoughts orally and in writing
-
Speak English fluently – upper-intermediate level or above (levels from B2 to C2, spoken/ written)
-
Know the budgeting basics, able to work confidently with spreadsheets and financial data
-
Know business etiquette and how to handle confidential information
-
Have completed higher education
-
Aware of a term “biohacking” and interested in it herself/himself

Have basic knowledge of SMM

To be highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented and thorough. Able to multitask and prioritize well
Responsibilities:

Personal matters support for the TOP-manager
-
Full coordination and planning of the TOP-manager's schedule
-
Organization of internal and external meetings
-
Communication via e-mail and social networks (daily use of external mail, correspondence with partners and customers, responding to comments on social networks)

Lifestyle management (long-term planning of activities to support the TOP-manager's daily life)
-
Organization of the TOP-manager's business and personal trips (maintain business and leisure travel calendar, control the visa calendar, prepare detailed itineraries)

Liaise with media organizations (coordinate and organize interviews, photo shoots and video production, speeches at conferences, proofread content for the media)

Assist in preparing presentations (search for content, photos, relevant data, numbers, graphs, etc.)
