Job Purpose:
Through strong and professional thought leadership, provide strategic direction on talent, learning, career and leadership development across the company ensuring the organization retains its talent and engages colleagues to deliver to deliver excellence for their clients. Leading the Cultural development of the organisation to ensure demonstrable values of inclusivity, responsiveness and innovation. Ensure partnership style commercial relationships with Best practice providers. Ensuring quality and value for money services.
Our client specializes in developing front office systems for the Finance industry, offering affordable solutions allowing their clients to communicate with all their sales and distribution channels, rapidly launch new products.
- Partner with the CEO, Executive team and hiring managers to develop and lead an effective People strategy and ensure the delivery of innovative organizational development solutions and first class operational People processes
- Advocate the company’s culture that is based on freedom, mastery and ownership such that you can clearly communicate it and coach others on it and ensure everything you implement aligns with it.
- Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and recruitment programs that enable the company to scale effectively
- Lead the delivery of the Company’s people practices including Mastery plans, organization design, leadership training, performance management, and culture development
- Provide direct support and coaching to the Company’s Executive team, and work closely with each of them and their respective teams as a trusted partner, bringing insight and advice relating to people, teams and the development of their organizations as they scale. Be a coach to leaders and managers
- Create and lead training programs on delivering feedback, team performance, performance management, developing mastery plans, and career development.
- Create and run the company’s on-boarding program as it scales to give all new employees consistent experience that teaches them about the Company and gets them engaged which is measured through employee surveys.
- Define and evaluate the employee life cycle including things like review processes, employee benefits and pay rises to support leadership and management team and recognize and resolve pain points.
- Identify and manage HR Software platforms across the company employee services
- Develop and implement processes and software tools to support internal communications to ensure all employees receive the information they need to perform their role and to understand company performance measured through employee survey results.
- Develop and manage the company’s recruitment processes, tools and channels including in-house and contract recruiters, digital, events and referrals measured through time to fill, cost per hire and quality of hire.
- Optimise and maintain hiring processes in line with the company talent strategy.
- Define a clear employee benefits strategy for the company and implement such strategy
- Create a graduate student program (REGIONAL) in order to hire students directly from University
- Design the company’s HR strategy around the Company’s core mission
Skills and Experience Required:
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Significant experience in a Director or Head of HR or People Operations function
- Extensive experience working in a People or HR capacity
- Working knowledge of Russian Employment and Compliance laws
- Proven success in recruiting technical and executive talent
- Trained and experienced in coaching and leadership development design
- Experience in vendor negotiation and Operations management
- Experienced in Software Developer motivation strategies (including compensation and benefits) to retain top talent
- Able to show strong numbers around recruitment campaigns
- Proven leadership experience in hiring, mentoring and developing a team
- Experience with setting up and managing employee benefit strategies
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
