One of our key areas is the development of our own products based on the Salesforce platform and mobile applications that are tightly integrated with the Salesforce platform.

With our fully offline application, the staff of client companies increases efficiency of their work, plans business meetings, evaluates stocks, negotiates, demonstrates presentations and prototypes, collects feedback and forms a knowledge base.

Customers are mainly Large Enterprise business, also small/middle. We have proven our expertise in successful implementations in Europe, Russia, USA, and Canada.
Today we are looking for HR Business Partner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and initiatives;
- Implement best employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation;
- Assess training and development needs and discuss the training programs required to close identified gaps;
- Coach and train managers in their communication with the employees;
- Support the implementation of company safety and health programs;
- Collect and provide data for the competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands;
- Develop cost-effective, employee-serving benefits;
- Maintain a process of organizational planning by evaluation of the organization structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the organization;
Requirements:
- >7 years of experience in HR in multinational company (at least 3 years as HR BP);
- Perfect understanding of HR processes and tools, experience in operation;
- Strong HR professional knowledge base, including local Employment Law;
- Solid communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- English – Fluent;
