Emerging Travel is an online travel group that operates four brands in 170+ source markets: Ratehawk, Zenhotels, Ostrovok, and B2B.Ostrovok.

Build a strong cooperative relationship with the team in order to ensure that strategies and decisions support the achievement of company objectives;

Ensuring the high-level quality of internal HR processes (organizational development, hiring, assessment, training, rotation, team culture etc.);

Proactively identify the needs of the employees and managers to create and optimize our HR processes;

Manage the recruitment process for key positions. Coach hiring managers to ensure our recruitment process helps bring the best talent on board;

Help managers develop hiring plans, define critical roles, and assist recruiting team in crafting compelling job descriptions and search strategies;

Be responsible for the onboarding and adaptation process, help managers to prepare induction plans for newcomers, conduct 30/90 days check up meetings, provide feedback to managers, control employees' probation period;

Conduct exit interviews and analyze the results, provide action items plan based on the analysis;

Lunch and maintain the HiPo Identification Program;

Develop individual development plans for key employees;
-
Initiate and maintain the feedback process;

Coach and train managers in their communication with the employees: how to run effective 1-1s, performance reviews and how to provide feedback;

Provide salary benchmarks analysis;

Drive internal communications, recognition schemes and events.
Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist;

Experience in the planning, development, and implementation of HR projects in various area of HR work;

Recruitment experience for senior roles, recruitment for international positions will be a plus; Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills. Demonstrable ability to distill complex concepts from many sources into a simple vision that can be understood by a person with a minimal background in the subject matter;

Fluent English. Can comfortably make a presentation, communicate with our international teams, conduct interviews in English;
