Responsibilities
- Provide support and advice to ensure business compliance with Company policies and processes with regards to performance and development programs, resource planning and recruitment requirements.
Provide guidance and education to colleagues on nessesaty projects and policies.

Liaise with recruitment agencies and candidates, coordinate interview schedules, interview candidates and support management throughout selection process.

Support and advise on employee relations issues.

Administer and maintain compensation and benefits records and support compensation and benefits projects where appropriate.

Manage the provision of a full range of administrative duties, deal with all general matters and more complex correspondence including invoices, timesheets and so on according to Eisai EMEA procedures.

Update and manage computer databases and spreadsheets, provide reports and assist in compiling information required by Company EMEA HR colleagues and Business Managers.

Maintain confidentiality, respond to enquiries and telephone calls and provide required information to Company Europe colleagues.

Provide all contracts and attachments to permanent and temporary staff, making sure Payroll are fully informed of any changes to maintain records and ensure payroll system is kept up to date.

Monitor and maintain good customer service with all external HR service providers.
- Deputise as required and as appropriate for UK HR Business Partner colleagues.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly, sensitively and confidently at all levels, in meetings, in writing and by telephone.

Well developed organization, prioritization and time management skills - ability to deliver and negotiate demanding workloads and projects with conflicting deadlines to multiple customers working to high level performance standards.

Good interpersonal skills and flexible approach to supporting the differing needs of colleagues.

Pro-active and positive approach to the workplace and commitment to working flexibly to support achievement of departmental and ultimately Eisai EMEA objectives.

Ability to manage and direct self to maximise performance.
- Strong IT skills and self sufficient in the utilisation and application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages.
- Awareness of service objectives and performance standards as well as knowledge and understanding of Eisai Europe’s policies and procedures.
- A ‘can do’ attitude toward all tasks required to support them.
