ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for experienced Project Manager with practical recruitment background for temporary project (about 1,5 year). The purpose of the position is to update, test and maintain existing recruitment CRM system to enhance internal customer user experience as well as recruitment efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
1. Maintain existing CRM system:
- Manual user management;
- Create access for recruiters, resolve of technical problems related to the access of all end users;
- Creation and editing of available templates of vacancies, letters, forms;
- Submitting requests for resolving technical issues for Global Support;
- Setting up statistical dashboards.
2. Solution owner on country level:
- Lead project to integrate existing CRM system with additional external resources;
- Implement new CRM changers/features within recruitment process;
- Formation of requests for changes in the system for global support, vendor and solution owner on the side of a global organization;
- Constantly be in touch with Global CRM Support Team;
- Work closely with Recruitment Delivery Team to understand their demands, react to their to requests, provide feedback and make sure all existing processes are up-to-date;
- Closely cooperate and proactively manage different stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient recruitment process.
3. Conduct regular training/info sessions for end-users regarding the system knowledge.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Previous practical recruitment experience is a must;
- Project management and business analysis fundamentals knowledge and experience is a must;
- Confident knowledge of English (not lower than Upper-intermediate level);
- Ability to establish partnership relationships with various stakeholders (IT, Legal, HR, ets.);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to have both holistic view and digging into details;
- Ability to work with a large amount of data with perseverance and attentiveness;
- Readiness to work in an ever-changing environment.
