Our client - a global leader in plant nutrition, looking for a Sales support specialist with the function of office manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Support from receipt of the order up to order fulfillment for customers in Customs Union;
- Monitoring of customer orders, incoming payments, open positions of the order and “internal” alignment with service providers;
- Processing the documentation and the relevant transactions in 1C system;
- Organise effective flow of communication between local service provider, employees, Management (local and European);
- Manage office environment, facilities and equipment;
- Assist Management Team member’s with administrative matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Higher education;
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP, 1C).
