Job Description and Responsibilities:
Training Center Administrator is based in Moscow and responsible for supporting Knowledge Center in conducting consulting to customers and employees. He / She organizes Knowledge Center activities to conduct technical consultations in central Moscow office as well as in regional offices. He / She also carries all necessary administrative work and supports basic communication and marketing activities to ensure functioning of the Knowledge Center and its web-site. The successful candidate will work closely with SBUs’ Technical Leaders, Marcom Leader and Regional Business Development Managers. He\She also administratively supports Regional Business Development Leader in daily work.
Specifically, he\she must:
- participates in inviting customers to Training Center to specifically agreed days and times via calling and e-mailing, informing about the agenda, location, duration, etc., ensuring specific rooms and equipment is ready for consultations, ensuring the SBU Trainers are aware of the time\date\agenda, etc. for technical consultations in Moscow office and regional offices;
- form learning groups and attracts new leads to participate in learning courses;
- prepares proper certificates for the participants and track the data in the dedicated CRM;
- sends out leads information received via Training Center consultations across SBU’s Sales Leaders;
- post event mailing with necessary feedback forms, certificates and other information;
- prepares contracts, issues invoices and make sure payments are received;
- supports Training Center web-site when needed;
- collect statistics on Knowledge Center functioning and prepares requested reports to Management;
- market monitoring, identifies needs and participates in work out of new on-line and F2F learning courses;
- participates in marketing activities of Training Center and promotion campaigns;
- act as assistant to Business Development Leader.
Basic Requirements:
- Higher Education and 2-3 years’ experience as administrator at similar positions in IT companies or high tech innovative companies or as event organizer within foreign companies or universities;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in communicating with technical staff (engineers, technical specialists);
- English on Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate level;
- Excellent written and oral Russian;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work with strict deadlines;
- Willingness to work and develop as a professional in multinational company.
