Deloitte is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to join the Talent department (Human Resources) in the Moscow office.

The role will involve:
- Work with business leaders and managers to identify business needs that can be addressed with learning solutions, thus strong executive presence and the expertise in the needs analysis are needed
- Design, both in-house and with expert third parties, the solutions based on best practice learning design principles
- Establish plans, determine priorities and processes needed to achieve the objectives, make complex decisions related to multiple, often interrelated learning initiatives
- Proactively anticipate problems before they occur, define problems and identify the possible causes. Work with team members to identify and evaluate possible solutions, and select the most appropriate ones
- Ensure that learning curriculum is aligned with the performance management system and competency model, focuses on the areas of strategic priorities and adds value to the business
- Manage subordinates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented
- Responsible
- Result-oriented
- Strong project management skills
- Able to work in a team and manage multiple engagements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
