Nacora is an independent commercial insurance broker that specializes in providing commercial (marine and non-marine) insurance solutions, products and services for the transportation and logistics industry.
The Nacora Group is a wholly-owned Kuehne + Nagel subsidiary and operates over 40 offices in 30 countries worldwide.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for the management and expansion of our insurance portfolio within Russia and CIS cluster.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Selling our full package of insurances: e.g.: marine cargo insurance, marine liability insurance, property insurance, third party liability insurances, both to existing customers as well as prospected customers
- Organize successful initiatives on business development and new insurance products
- Arrange incentive insurance solutions and incentive programs towards customers and sales intermediaries
- Conform, advise and negotiate both with customers and insurance underwriters in all lines
- Manage, report and advice on all sales KPI’s: sales leads, sales pipeline, sales successes, customer service level
You will work independently and report directly to the General Manager of Nacora.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in law or risk & insurance related or similar level by experience
- Experience in selling marine and non-marine cargo insurances, additional experience such as: liability, property risks / insurance and transport insurances are a must, with emphasis on marine cargo and marine liability
- Certificate as insurance intermediate
- A born sales person with strong hunting and closing skills.
- Good self-management and organizing skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
