We are an innovative FinTech start-up with the goal to provide the best product for those who want to manage their finances in a smart way combining all financial services our customers need within a single application. We are currently live in several European countries with 3 products: daily banking, Investments, and Crypto and are constantly expanding and enhancing our product offering. Two more products - Credits and SME - are developing now.
As a Business Analyst / Junior Product Manager at Vivid Money, you will build one of our innovative fintech products - Crypto, Credits or SME. The last two are being built from scratch.
Crypto:
50 cryptocurrencies in just a few clicks, instant access to cash after the trade, 24/7 access to the product, investing with as little as 0.01 EUR and many other features.
Crypto team is a full-stack team based in Moscow. Having all necessary roles in the team allows us to bring value to clients quickly. We are at the beginning of our crypto journey. This means that we have many interesting tasks and challenges ahead.
Credits
Large brand new business line with the strategical importance. Credits lines, "Buy now - pay later" and other finance super-trend features. The great possibility to build from scratch the new innovative experience for European customers.
SME
Product for small businesses and freelancers to solve their problems with banking, low costs and ease business processes. Bank accounts and corporate cards, invoices instruments, accounting integrations and tax declarations, deposits, acquiring, ERP-systems - different lines of products, including non-financial.

What you'll do:
- Form a product idea: analyze the market, collect feedback from users, look at data and find insights
- Describe requirements for the development team
- Communicate with project members (like customer support, marketing agency, legal teams) about the delivered feature
- Define metrics that determine the results of launching a feature
- Find problems in a launched feature or product, form hypotheses for their improvement, fix them, check them
- Analyze problems of current functions and create system solutions to fix them
What you'll need in order to be successful:
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
