Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of the social marketing strategy across global markets (DE, ES, UA, BR are in focus) working closely with the SoMe agency to forecast performance and budget, identify opportunities to push performance and deliver KPI targets (e.g. reach, ER, subscriptions, UGC).
- Develop and execute a roadmap for a CRM system turned into a content platform that would allow us to achieve the following goals:
- Meet and understand our consumers (User-ID and actions-driven insights).
- Engage consumers in the direct long-term relationship by educating them about our products and brands (loyalty and advocacy).
- Connect all marketing activities within one platform that would allow us to build foundation for the customer-centric future.
- Continuous development of effective creatives and messaging for the digital marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with external agencies to develop and produce content that will resonate with prospects and optimise campaign KPIs.
- Have rigorous attention to detail around campaign approvals, internal governance processes, audits, reports and budget management.
- Co-ordinate with other Darkside marketing teams and key stakeholders in each country to ensure integrated messaging, audience targeting and marketing approach to drive business wide goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: ensure channel and campaign set-ups provide enough tracking visibility; closely monitor performance and undertake thorough analysis to evaluate campaign successes; share key learnings and use insights to fuel further growth and strategy evolution.
- Work in close collaboration with the other team members to share learnings, ideas, and support the other digital channels and overall team strategies.
- As a Digital Marketing Lead, you are responsible for managing and delivering the digital marketing strategy for brands in dark marketing to drive business and marketing objectives through digital channels, including integrated digital campaigns, CRM activities, influencer marketing and etc.
- In this role you will lead a team of specialists (SMM, influencer marketing, content production and web development) to plan and deliver channel activations in line with the overarching digital strategy, optimising to targets and reporting on performance to key stakeholders. You will leverage market / competitor data, keeping abreast of industry updates to develop best-in-class channel strategies that iterate to market conditions.

You will work closely with marketing teams to agree on clear brand and business targets and drive profitable outcomes, understanding key products and customers. You will also manage day-to-day relationships with third-party agencies and in-house teams to ensure maximum value and optimisation of resources.
