Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Operational Managers (Director of Anotech Russia, Business Development Manager, Admin/HR Manager, and Recruitment Manager) in Moscow office;
- Verification, classification and processing of primary documentation;
- Solve organizational issues of the office (ordering and accounting of the office, tea, etc.);
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, correspondence, fax and e-mail communications, reception of visitors;
- Reviewing Expense Reports of employees (Checking consistency between receipts and expense reports, approval based on the established corporate policy);
- Assistance with the organization of logistics for employee.
- Organization of postal and courier delivery of documents & etc.
Requirements:
- High education
- Previous experience in office Management or Administrative sphere is a plus
- Fluent level of English is required; knowledge of French language is a plus.
- Personal skills as ability to work independently/in a team, responsibility, discipline.
