JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Position assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Housekeeper fully responsible for the pre-opening conditions of the hotel guest and employee areas, responsible for the day to day Housekeeping department operations;
- Full control over operational equipment and guestroom and public area assets;
- To do whatever it takes to provide exceptional service for our customers and to strive for excellence to achieve customer satisfaction;
- Executive Housekeeper fully understand hotel business plan and try to achieve and exceed its goals, including Staff and Guests Satisfaction, cost of supplies and profitability of each entrusted area;
- Executive Housekeeper with the creation of learning environment within the departments, where everybody can profit and maintain an open communication line. Training updated techniques and methods for each area is very important to enhance our service, skills and associates empowerment;
- Train staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards, LSOPs;
- Motivate Team Members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
EDUCATION AND RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years College diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major;
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the housekeeping or related professional area;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages oral and written;
OR
- 4-years bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the housekeeping or related professional area;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages oral and written.
