Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya is looking for a proficient PERSONAL ASSISTANT to General Manager to direct all aspects of secretarial work in the hotel, maintaining the executive office and all matters relating to executive administration in a confidential, professional manner.
Our Personal Assistant to General Manager will be responsible for:
- reporting directly to and communicating with the General Manager on all administrative matters;
- maintaining the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs;
- cooperating, coordinating and communicating with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate;
- day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes and telephone etc.;
- distributing of memos, letters and other information etc.;
- arranging internal / external appointments;
- storing and keeping all confidential information;
- preparing monthly operational results for meetings with other hotels;
- taking minutes of Department Heads /ExCom meetings as requested;
- performing other tasks as directed by the General Manager in pursuit of the achievement of the business goals.
Our Personal Assistant to General Manager obtains the following qualifications:
- is proficient in the use of PC, well acquainted with Internet resources;
- has good writing skills;
- is energetic, initiative and reliable, focused on the details;
- is able to work under pressure in multitasking environment and meet the deadlines with a minimum supervision;
- has more than 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience;
- is fully proficient in English.
