Job Description
Technology Recruiting Specialist is accountable for the identification talent needs, sourcing strategy building, delivery of external candidate’s market search, selection and hiring to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan for Russia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as dedicated recruiting professional and establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group for Technology business unit of Accenture Russia for designated recruiting related questions and concerns.
- Be responsible for recruitment Delivery of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Technology / SAP streams: ensuring a sufficient recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities; screening applications/CVs and helping Hiring manager to select qualified candidates; offer management and assisting in candidates’ hiring and on-boarding
- Focusing recruiting on experienced middle management level candidates: Consultants, Managers
- Cooperate with business departments in recruitment projects and activities, develop recruitment and interview skills of responsible persons in business departments.
- Meeting recruiting targets (position per recruiter / cost per joiner / sourcing channel mix / gender mix) and monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Participating in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the HR team
Professional Experience Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in external and/or internal recruitment, preferably with the focus on Technology consulting companies
- Solid knowledge of IT and Consulting market and understanding consulting profiles is strongly preferred
- Proved successful experience with recruitment of middle level candidates
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures
- Solid knowledge of recruiting tools, techniques and methods, external marketplace/trends
- Strong interviewing skills (screening, skills, behavioral)
