Duties:
- Take necessary actions and conduct proper monitoring activities for achievement of HR objectives of stores under responsibility,
- Publish, update and follow up and through job ads on career websites of stores under responsibility and HO departments to make up for their staff needs,
- References are checked of those candidates whose pass the whole interview process,
- Propose job to a candidate found to meet necessary qualifications for the job concerned and hand over the list of documents which ought to be prepared for recruitment,
- Prepare an orientation program for newly-opened store personnel or for newly-recruitted executive staff and keep relevant units informed of organization in regard territory,
- Maintain the recruitment database,
- Conduct interviews in line with monthly interview target,
- Visit to regional and Moscow stores in line with monthly stores visit target, make face-to-face talk to employees and fill HR checklist during the stores visits,
- Act in cooperation with relevant Store and Area Managers with respect to actions which might be taken at stores under responsibility depending on results of monthly visits,
- Give a call to members of personnel departing from regional stores at end of every month to conduct an outgoing talk and enter such talks in an outgoing personnel negotiation table,
- Keep a close track of Turnover rate at regional stores on a monthly basis and take action for a reduced rate,
- Organize test process for the candidates and enter the test results in a master list,
- Conduct Orientation Period Performance Appraisal for Store Manager and Assistant Managers, who are new recruited in his/her region, at end of their training period jointly with relevant Area manager provide feedback in regard to training period,
- Provide evaluation and implementation support in training and career planning processes conducted for Store Teams,
- Keep a close track of any problems which might be enouncered at individual stores and invoke disciplinary process, where appropriate, and manage the dismissal process where required,
- Make different HR reports on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Higher education, HR preferable
- Fluent English is a must
- Total job experience at least 5 years,
- Experience in HR retail sector is a plus
- Ready to travel
Conditions:
- 5/2 working schedule, business trips.
