Lamoda Talent Acquisition Manager is the key role in Lamoda HR, building e-commerce and head office recruitment process as well as long term hiring strategy. Reports to Head of Recruitment.
Role description:
- Responsible for defining and executing recruitment strategy, based on latest trends in recruitment and e-commerce
- Review and adapt existing recruitment processes, define tools, standards, sources
- Provide organization with best staff for all levels of roles in Operations (LFC, LME, CC, Delivery) and their adaptation in the organization
- Set and execute long term sourcing strategy for young talents and unique experts
- Actively participate in employer brand initiatives and HR projects
- Lead stand-alone 3 teams: more 15 FTEs
- Bring Lamoda to the best working space and career building environment

We require:
- Strong talent acquisition expertise in mass recruitment
- Good understanding of e-commerce, fashion, digital, FMCG, retail business.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment tools, both old-school and state of the art
- Strong in people and process management
- Perfect communicational skills both verbal and writing
- Passion for high standard challenges and hungry for astonishing results
- Fluent English
