We are looking for professional HR manager, an expert in IT recruiting and supporting business. Professional for this role will be responsible for advising colleagues on HR projects, recruiting and adaptation, providing complex support to the company on all current issues.
Details of responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting of IT professionals, actively work as the networker
- Participation and initiative of hiring projects (Meet-ups, Workshops, etc.)
- Providing the full support to internal stakeholders within recruiting process (understanding and analyzing business needs, requirements, consulting, evaluation of the candidates vs internal transitions etc.)
- Onboarding, welcome training providing and full support of a new-hire during his/her trial period
- Performance management support (taking part in performance reviews)
- Development of HR initiatives for training and development of people and as well as managing succession planning.
- Taking an active part in HR projects globally (engagement survey, HRIS maintenance, LMS maintenance, T&D activities etc.)
- Participation in organization design
Requirements:
- Understanding how technological companies work, ability to work in a matrix organisation and be fully responsible for your part of work
- 3+ years in HR (better in IT companies)
- Proven experience in IT recruiting
- Proven experience in different HR projects
- English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate level;
- Experience in international companies is an advantage;
- Maturity, good communication skills, initiative, high level of responsibility and reliability.
