AIG Russia is looking for HR Supervisor (maternity coverage)
Primary Purpose Of The Position
The HR Supervisor, Russia & CIS, will work with HQ HR Management, Local GM and functional leaders to provide full-cycle HR support for key human capital and business imperatives focusing on Talent, Leadership, Organization and Culture.
This role will partner with the business leaders counseling and coaching on how to obtain the best contribution and engagement from associates while complying with the local laws and company policies.
Compensation and Benefits management:
- Corporate C&B regular and ad-hoc reporting & statistics;
- Year End Compensation Review and bonuses/ Sales Commission Plan management;
- Countries’ salary structures design, review and update;
- Global Grades mapping and Calibration management;
- Transfers/Promotions/ Retention cases management;
- External Surveys Participation ;
- HR Benefits Management;- Voluntary Medical/ Life/PA/Travel Insurance management: annual review & day-to -day support;
- C&B Corporate & Local practices/programs and policies design & implementation mgt;

HR Operations & Systems:
- Regular full cycle of corporate reporting & statistics management;

BCP, Compliance & Risk management
Diversity & Inclusion Program of Work Support
Liaison with HQs
- Liaison with Regional Office in order to ensure the implementation in Russia and CIS of the Corporate HR policies and best practices as well as to meet the HQs controlling and reporting requirements.
Geography:
Russia and CIS countries with AIG presence
Skills, Competencies and knowledge Requirements:
- High education with preference of HR, Management, Sociology and Psychology courses;
- Proven experience in HR area gained in multinational companies min 3 years;
- Prior experience in the similar HR role (HR generalist or C&B Specialist/Analyst) min 2 years;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Knowledge of market HR, C&B and Administration systems, processes and best practices;
- Knowledge of Russia Labour legislation;
- Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work occasionally with limited supervision;
- Ability to manage several projects and tasks at a time;
- Analytical, planning and problem solving skills;
- Presentation & Negotiation skills;
- Customer orientation skills;
