We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to work in our office in Moscow.
Main Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and manage job postings across all resources;
- Partner with hiring managers and own the recruiting process end to end;
- Understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategies for each position;
- Find the best people out there by sourcing qualified candidates and creating a high-quality pipeline;
- Give your recommendation and act as the HR advisor for hiring decisions;
- Own the negotiation process with final stage candidates, from offer to acceptance;
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques;
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager;
Employer Branding:
- Responsible for creation, implementation and driving of both internal and external employer branding activities (including events);
- Creation of the brand awareness across social media: update current pages, identification of new sources;
- Interaction with marketing and PR;
- Participate in development of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP);
- Work with key universities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Upper-intermediate English is a must;
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in IT industry);
- At least 1 year of Employer Branding and Campus activity management;
- Direct sourcing and networking experience;
- Computer proficiency in MS Office;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal);
- Ability to connect with candidates, establish trust and utilize strong relationships to deliver optimum outcomes to all stakeholders including candidates and hiring teams;
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills;
- Creativity;
- Being energetic, enthusiastic and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
