Position purpose
- Contribute, recommend, implement and maintain a competitive reward and recognition strategic framework, which addresses competitive and equity objectives and positions the company as an employer of choice across the responsible area.
- Act as a C&B center of expertise to HR Business Partners and business stake holders
Major tasks and responsibilities of position
- Develop a framework and action plan to support and achieve the company overall strategic intent to attract, motivate, and retain and as such, based on current and future marketplace, legislative, industry and business needs, contribute to the creation a rewards and recognition strategy for Russia and key CIS markets;
- Research and assess appropriate remuneration levels and proactively advise on competitive conditions and remuneration trends;
- Effective management of the annual merit and incentive review and all associated responsibilities, including subsequent communication of outcomes of the reviews; Establish a process for changes in individual remuneration; clearly communicate via HR Business Partners and company stake holders and monitor to ensure compliance; Participation in and management of relevant industry remuneration and benefit surveys;
- Effective review and enhancement of all company benefits to ensure sustainability and competitive relevance. Arrange tenders with benefit providers as appropriate;
- Manage expatriate remuneration, benefits and terms and conditions wherever appropriate in conjunction with Corporate Mobility;
- Manage, develop, review and maintain effective policy guidelines in conjunction with the business and the HR team to ensure they contribute to effective company performance;
- Manage HRIS as a C&B and business tool ; Manage agreed HR KPIs and relevant analytics to monitor company performance and to proactively propose changes as needed;
- Drive the C&B budget process (HR function + company payroll);
- Foster effective relationship with the HR team in Russia and CIS; provide education and appropriate tools to HR Business Partners in order for them to facilitate the understanding of the rewards and recognition philosophy and practices by all employee groups;
- Lead and manage the C&B team.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience – at least 5 years;
- Knowledge of key C&B concepts, policies and practices; processes;
- Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction;
- People management experience and ability to lead as well as to be a team member;
- Ability to work in a highly matrix and inter-dependent organization to provide best business solutions; Effective collaborator;
- Fluent English; advanced PC user;
- Demonstrate a high change agility;
