Deloitte is seeking a Supervisor to join the Shared Service Center within the Internal Client Services Department at the Moscow office.

The role will involve:
- We are looking for experienced channel supervisor to lead our administrative support team and ensure continuous improvement of business processes and collaboration rate between involved parties.
- This role requires keeping focus on internal customers' satisfaction rate at each stage of project execution path, managing their expectations and ensuring required service level in compliance with specific business needs.
- You will manage people development in the team to improve their professional skills, performance efficiency, motivation and team spirit.
- Scope of responsibilities also includes successful execution of continuous improvement projects aimed to improve customers’ satisfaction, service quality level, SFC transparency and resource engagement improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 3 years professional experience in internal Shared service center/Contact center/Call center/Administrative support department
- At least 2 years of job experience in the role of supervisor/team leader/ manager
- Knowledge of work specific in big four firms
- Project management skills (Lean Six Sigma certificate is desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Leadership skills, stress resistance, creativity, analytical mindset, communication skills
