Main responsibilities:
- Researching of new clients
- Market monitoring
- Direct sales
- Negotiations with clients (including presentations, contract conclusions and etc.)
- Assurance of sales plan execution on monthly basis
- Drawing up of the regular reporting on plan performance, forecasting of sales
- Control of operational execution of contracts on conformity of quality of service to the stipulated conditions and procedures on each client
Requirements:
- High education
- Work experience and skills:
- Position of sales manager not less than 3 year (preferably in international insurance, bank, factoring)
- Strong skills in direct sales of services (B2B is a must)
- Skills in corporate and credit insurance (B2B is in preference)
- Basic knowledge in commerce (Russian and international standards) and insurance sectors
- Language skills: Upper intermediate English is a must
