Description:
The Operational Human Resources (HR) Manager will lead the development, implementation and coordination of human resource plans and manage the implementation of human resource programs.
The OpHR Manager will manage all aspects of HR, including employee recruitment, compensation research, compensation negotiation, employee relations, development and implementation of policies and procedures, recruiting support, and country-specific handbooks maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Full HR Lifecycle
- Setting up HR Policies and Procedures
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Training and Education
- Performance management
- Career planning and career development
- Research, analysis and review of Compensation & Benefits
- Setting up KPIs
- Identify Candidates
- Arrange interview times with managers
- Negotiate salaries with candidates
- Research salary range for different positions
- Create and Manage HR programs to maintain team morale and retention
- Organising HR/employee related events
- Process coordination with agencies/talent suppliers
- Assisting with Employer Branding
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Solid working knowledge of best practices in all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, human resource information systems.
- Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business.
- Experience with managing compensation as well as performance management systems.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience/interest in Fintech/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency
- A user of crypto
