Our client, a Chineese state owned company, Xiamen Yaxon Network Co. Ltd. It is one of the TOP 3 among GPS tracker factories in China.
Number of employees: 900 employees including 200 R&D.
Market: cooperated with 300 partners, sold about 2 million GPS trackers since 1998.
Xiamen Yaxon Network Co. Ltd is starting its business in Russia and is planning to sell its devices to cars' and tracks' manufacturers in Russia and has an opening for Regional Sales Director for ERA-GLONASS devices.
Job responsibilities?
1. Responsible for developing customers of passenger car manufacturers, selling the company's automotive electronic products, and maintaining customer relationships;
2. Collect customer project information, track customer project progress, coordinate company internal resource support and cooperate with customer project advancement;
3. Collect and explore product needs of potential customers, promote and coordinate new product projects within the company, and promote project realization;
4. Responsible for the negotiation and signing of contracts, internal implementation of the company and customer reconciliation, invoicing and payment collection;
5. Assist in solving customers' problems in product development, project introduction, and after-sales quality.
6. Building of sales team and achievement of performance goals;
7. Preparation and daily management of representative offices,office team building.
Job requirements?
1. Bachelor degree or above, electronics and related majors are preferred, sales experience in the passenger car parts industry is preferred;
2. Extroverted, frank and honest, with a good overall view;
3. Strong communication skills and mature interpersonal skills;
4. Familiarity with automotive electronic products, technologies, and project development processes is preferred.
5. Requirements for foreign language proficiency: Fluency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, Chinese is preferred;
6. More than 10 years working experience;
