To increase the quality of our services we are looking for an HR generalist to become a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle from the profile negotiation to actual placement
- Search of the candidates in different sources (job boards, social networks, etc.)
- Engage mass recruitment techniques where it’s applicable
- Keep actual candidate’s database on different positions
- Assess professional and personal qualities of the candidates
- Take part in the company’s assessment events (mass recruitment)
- Take part in the development and running the Internship program
- Conduct Induction program for newcomers, facilitate on-boarding activities
- Support new hires during the probation period and control the result of the probation and adaptation
- Report on the recruitment activities
- Support other HR projects and initiative (HR Branding, HR Analytics, HR Internal Portal, etc.)
- Support Regional recruitment projects
Requirements:
- Higher degree (technical, mathematics, economics are preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter - in-house or in an agency
- Mass recruitment experience is highly desirable
- HR Generalist experience
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Ability not just perform tasks, but also suggest ideas
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Advanced PC user, profound knowledge of Excel is a must
