The vacancy is in OSTC-ATON LLC, a Russian subsidiary of OSTC Group.
You are:
An IT specialist who is a self-starter, problem-solver and speaks fluent Russian and English. You possess a strong ability to establish positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
You demonstrate sound organisational skills and ability to organise own workload to business priorities and under pressure. You have experience working on the 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Helpdesk. You are flexible to working hours, weekend working and out of hours escalation point.
The Opportunity:
The Service Desk team is responsible for delivering first-class support to staff onsite and remotely across 14 sites. We are looking to add a technically strong as well as hands-on IT Service Desk Analyst to deal with IT operational incidents. IT specialist is the only person on the ground in the Moscow office, which has a network of 100 computers and 70 users.

The role:
- Providing hands-on 1st and 2nd line support and maintain users' satisfaction with their IT working environment.
- Provide support for all office hardware and on all standard applications support.
- Managing KPIs ensuring internal incidents and requests are resolved.
- Perform typical support and IT administration duties such as physical setup of computers or video conferences, install software, reset passwords, map drives.
- Ensure tickets are responded to within the agreed service levels, suitable priority and agreed standards.
- Looking for trends and reporting on problems including resourcing levels.
- Utilise the ticketing system to document your work and facilitate ticket assignment, prioritisation, escalation and resolution amongst other members of the team.
- Responsible for Software & Hardware Asset Management.
- Periodic short-term (1 day) business trips to St Petersburg office could be expected.
Skills / Experience
- Very good English and Russian language skills (speaking & writing).
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Assistance/Desktop, and Server Infrastructure.
- At least 3 years previous IT Service Desk experience.
- Proven track record with troubleshooting ability to identify the root cause and implement controlled changes.
- Ability to be proactive in delivering high-quality customer service, work under pressure and also independently if required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user level.
- Ability to build relationships with business heads and other key stakeholders.
- Incident Management experience.
- Experience in providing in-depth Infrastructure support to a growing client base.
Qualification:
- Microsoft or Other IT Technical Certifications.
- Detailed knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Server & Desktop management.
- Strong knowledge of hardware including Desktops, Laptops, and Mobile devices.
- ITIL Certification.
- Working knowledge of Video Conferencing and Voice Over IP (VOIP) Systems.
- Experience of working on all levels of Line IT Support Helpdesk.
- Degree in IT or equivalent industry certifications.
