Deloitte is seeking an SharePoint Support Engineer to join the CIS Technology Services (IT) group within the Internal Client Services department at the Moscow office.

The role will involve:

Support of on premise SharePoint farms (2010, 2013 and 2016):
-
Deployment, configuration, performance optimization, monitoring.
-
Management of content databases
-
Implementing site collections quotas and policies
-
Install service packs, hotfixes, updates and patches during off-peak time, and communicate any downtime to service desk.
-
Production maintenance for developed applications, including the installation of new versions and service packs, both planned and critical
-
Contribution to the deployment phases of related projects
-
Participation in farm migration from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2016
-
Support of business applications, written on top of SharePoint platform. Resolution of user problems, consultations with the end users (3rd line of support)

Learning new technologies, standards, software product versions, and development tools
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related area;
-
In-depth knowledge and experience in administering MS SharePoint; environments (2010-2016): installation, configuration of services: user profile, search, balancing, etc.;
-
Experience in web programming: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies;
-
Understanding of Claim based authentication, ADFS, Security token issuers and related technologies in relation to SharePoint environment;
-
Experience in programming: .Net and PowerShell. Good knowledge of SharePoint API model for programming and automation;
-
SharePoint customization deployment models: SharePoint hosted, provider hosted, high/low trust and related technologies: No code solutions, Web templates, SPFx, PNP;
-
Experience in supporting MSSQL in SharePoint environment;
-
Hands on experience in maintaining and developing business applications for more than three years;
-
Office Online Server experience;
-
Familiarity with SharePoint administration tools: DocAve Ave Point, SysKit SPDocKit;
-
Familiarity with task tracking tools: Atlassian Jira, TFS Work;
-
Experience in system administration of the Windows environment;
-
Ability to communicate with end users in order to understand their problems; and needs, as well as to explain what to do;
-
Ability to work independently as well as in a team to resolve problems;
-
Ability to complete the working plan within the defined terms and SLAs;
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
-
