We are looking for an ambitious Service Desk Engineer who will join our team to support and improve our office infrastructure.
Main responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance to the employees using PCs and office equipment
-
Provide technical support and user consulting
-
Solve technical problems of users on-site and/or remotely
An ideal candidate would have:
-
Previous experience as a System Administrator / Service Desk Engineer
-
Good knowledge of the MS Windows and/or MacOS family operating systems, MS Office, and Google services
-
Experience in diagnosis and fixing of network problems
-
Open for teamwork and ready to make decisions independently
-
Fluent English (starting from B1, Intermediate)
As advantage:

Experience with Atlassian services: Jira and Confluence
-
Experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Rukus, Hikvision equipment
