Tokenomica is currently looking for an Account Manager
Job brief
We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to take care of clients and prospect leads that we have. We believe that this opportunity can help you grow into Sales on European market and will make sure to help you develop your skills in that direction.
What products or services are offered to customers by Tokenomica?
Tokenomica – the first Digital Company solution that helps people to conduct business in Europe fully online.
Currently we are looking for a Account Manager to help us optimize the engagement process of our main leads that are interested in Incorporation of legal entities in several European countries
If the results prove to be good, the Account Manager can take up other Tokenomica products that he or she finds appealing and start the career of a Sales manager
Responsibilities

Take exceptional care of prospect and current clients
-
Coordinate effort with team members and other departments (we are a team and will be glad to help with any questions the client has along the way)

Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships (we want our customers to feel valued and hope that Account Manager can help us achieve that)

Work with prepared scripts to make sure we always stay in touch with our clients, develop new scripts, depending on the demand

Carry out meetings along with other team members, prepare follow-ups of those meetings

Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements

Excellent English (verbal and written)

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Tech-oriented person, ready to work with rather complicated CRM systems (and even optimize them)
