The international product expertise is essential for TTS revenues and delivery of good quality cash management and trade solutions is the anchor for growth. Given the achieved revenue generation, strong pipeline and further potential, the additional TTS Sales Senior Specialist headcount has been established. The aim is to join the existing TTS Corporate Sales Team in Russia as a product sales expert to create attack mindset strategy by supporting coverage of all client segments with activities associated with identification of new cash/trade and FX opportunities, structuring and sales of tailor made solutions, preparing and driving sales initiatives, promoting emerging markets and digital transformation projects toward improvement of Citi's competitive positioning with the ultimate goal to increase TTS revenues.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Coverage, TTS Sales and Markets Partners on their acquisition, retention and x-sell efforts - origination of client meetings, participation on client pitches, prospecting - identification of new opportunities across all client segments, to lead selected acquisition initiatives, preparation of proposals, RFP responses,, negotiate pricing and report pipeline and sales activity. Responsibility for assigned individual and team budget.
- Via the above contribute to the TTS revenues generation and business growth
- Provide training to coverage, create marketing materials and case studies to support product sales
- Actively contribute to generation of new product / solution / marketing ideas to allow Citi to continue to be fore-front of market first solutions
- Share knowledge and information - internally and externally and encourage and support actively the development of new solutions based on market information
- Serve as a generator and coordinator for TTS opportunities within all client segments with special focus on Digital Natives and rapidly growing Commercial Bank Clients
- Design complex product solutions and coordinate their successful implementation. To track implementation to ensure proper completion of transaction and revenues realization.
- Leading the clients’ sales origination, pipeline development, customer revenue growth and retention - success to be defined by positive revenues and pipeline growth from origination activity, number of newly acquired Client Relationships, new product / new geography cross-sell, maximizing revenues from pricing actions and minimizing revenues attrition
- Trusted Advisors to Corporate & Public Sector clients for complex cash management, treasury, working capital and trade services
- Understand treasury trends, emerging technologies, clients’ business, identify customer needs (KPIs) and deliver customized TTS Solutions in order to meet their requirements
- Participate on creation and execution of Global / Regional and Local TTS Sales strategy in Russia
- To acquire new clients / drive cross-sell opportunities with the existing ones, increase awareness of TTS solutions and contribute to improvement of existing solutions by collecting customer's feedback
- Leverage existing analytical tools to identify new business opportunities
- Execute marketing strategy; Actively participate on proprietary and 3rd party industry events as a speaker and as a participant to develop and maintain product knowledge and keeping up to date on market trends affecting clients
- Identify new product opportunities to keep product partners at the top of the competition and generate incremental revenue opportunities.
- Ensure global team communication (e.g. call reports, CRM, emails)
- Respond to customer escalation for operational/customer service issues, including complex or cross-geography issues
Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Transaction Banking (Sales, Product or Relationship Management)
- Must have a solid understanding of Corporate Treasury functions, operations and systems
- Must have a strong understanding of core Cash & Trade products and solutions, and their relevance to customers
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of local / regional market and competitors
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Credit, FX and capital markets is an advantage.
