Сorporate Sales desk is looking for an experienced professional to focus on structured solutions for conglomerates, holding groups and family offices. The franchise of our desk covers FX, rates and structured equity solutions, with close cooperation with sister products, e.g. cash equities, commodities.
Key objectives of the new hire would include diversification of our deal types and expansion of our client base, partly jointly with our coverage department and our private banking business.
The role would comprise direct client contact as well as work with our internal coverage partners to pitch our product offering: structured equity (financing, EQD), asset-side structured products (short-term e.g. reverse convertibles and potentially long-term products), FX and IR.
In parallel to key client base, the position would include promotion of equity structured solutions to conventional corp base.
We would also expect the new joining colleagues to coordinate efforts to promote GM products internally; structural products of commodity finance.

Senior Sales & Junior sales
Requirements:
- relevant focus on either sector (conglomerates, FOs, UHNWI) and/or structured products is key;
- an experience of 5-10 years with a bulge bracket/top local bank, we would also consider candidates from top brokerage houses and private banking businesses;
- we are looking only for candidates with proven track-record or ability to sell across asset classes.
Executive Director for sales of structural products of commodity finance
Requirements:
- attracting raw materials sector clients to the bank for commodity financing products;
- direct participation in the structuring, submission to collegial bodies and execution of commodity financing transactions;
- organization of interaction with interested structural units within the Department and in the bank in the process of sale, structuring, submission to the collegial bodies of the bank and direct execution of commodity financing transactions.
Qualifications required:
- work experience of at least 5-7 years in the field of commodity finance in banks, large commodity trading companies, production raw materials companies;
- practical experience in the implementation of commodity finance transactions in international / English law;
- understanding of the principles of formation of trade commercial documentation in accordance with the norms of English law;
- knowledge of the customer base of Russian and international commodity companies (producers, consumers of traders). Priority industries (1. metals & mining, 2. oil&gas, 3. agri)
- english-fluency.
