In order to support its growing activities, ANOTECH is looking to hire a new Junior IT Specialist for its Russian branch.
This position is based in Moscow.
Responsibilities:
- Providing office technical support ;
- Setting up and purchasing the equipment (laptops, monitors etc.);
- Prompt resolution of IT emerging problem;
- Keeping the backup according Company’s standards;
- Work with a global expert team and service line to find and implement best approaches;
- Participation into digitalization projects;
- Keeping records of provided IT equipment;
- Coordination of issues with the Global IT team related to data storage;
- organization and implementation of technical support with the transition to electronic document management;
- interaction and coordination with the accounting department on issues related to the transfer of the 1C base;
- coordination of issues related to the IT infrastructure of the Branch (organization of new work places account, printers installation, wi-fi connection);
- IT onboarding for the newcomers ;
- communication with telecom company for internet, sim-cards and telephone connection;
- managing cloud PBX set up/ Bria;
- E-signature managing and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- A good level of general knowledge in IT (Windows and Linux OS, databases, networks)
- Experience in software support/system administration
- Knowledge of English on a sufficient level for confident and literate communication via phone and emails. French will be an advantage
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Previous experience of working in help desk or IT is highly welcomed
